Autumn Morning
What a delight to the eyes this hazy, misty autumnal morning – a garden decorated in elegant lace dresses of multiple intricate designs. Those very creative little beings were working hard all night as we were in dreamland. It calls to mind Spike Milligans words:
Oh what beauty, oh what grace,
Who needs visitors from outer space.
We thank our inventor spiders who first taught and inspired human lace- makers- taking Wordsworth’s advice to let nature be our teacher. We noticed that there are no webs in the vegetable patches. Native hedgerows and wild flower meadow seem to be the favourites!
